Pat was previously a partner at Roth, Herzog & Associates for 27 years. Over the years, Pat has been involved in many different areas of individual, business and non-profit tax & financial statement preparation & consulting. Pat is currently a member of the New Ulm Sertoma Club and a past board member of the New Ulm Area Foundation, New Ulm Chamber and The Lind House. In his spare time, he enjoys many indoor and outdoor activities and being a Grandpa.

Nick is passionate about helping small businesses so they can thrive in local communities. He is also keen about farming and agriculture as he grew up on his family’s farm, and now runs the farm in addition to being a CPA. Outside of work, Nick coaches football for a local high school and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
